Happy Hump Day! Well, at least when I’m writing this.
I have a question, do you use the same products all year round, or do you change them up depending on the season? I do a mix of both, sometimes I add a few products or switch a few out, but there is always a few I never change!
Here are my Fall Beauty items that I recommend.
Primers:
- Tatcha- The Silk Canvas Protective Primer -“A velvety priming balm of pressed silk that smooths and makes makeup last longer while keeping it out of the skin, helping to prevent clogged pores and breakouts.”
- First Aid Beauty– Coconut Smoothie Priming Moisturizer “A superfood-powered, oil-free priming moisturizer that brightens and smooths, while giving skin a dewy glow.” This primer is great for when cooler weather comes around and your skin needs more moisture! It doesn’t leave your skin feeling sticky at all. Just a touch of moisturizer!
Foundation:
- Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation– I can’t say enough good things about this foundation. I know the price is steep but it lasts me a long time! It’s definitely worth the money. This is the only foundation I’ve found that I would wear any season.
Concealer:
- NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer– This concealer is perfect for blemishes or dark spots in my opinion. I don’t use it under the eyes because I have a different concealer I use only for under the eyes.
- Tarte Shape Tape Concealer– You knew this would be on my list, didn’t you? I love this concealer. It’s my favorite for using under the eye because it doesn’t look gross and cakey like some other ones I’ve tried. It also lasts a long time!
Powders/Blush:
- Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder– This is another one of those products I won’t ever change. I love it. It keeps my oily skin at bay while setting my makeup and provides a blurring effect.
- Marc Jacobs Air Blush Soft Glow Duo– This blush has become my new blush for Fall. The glow it gives will be perfect for keeping your skin healthy and supple-looking when the weather becomes cooler. There’s also a lot of different colors ranges for all skin tones.
Eye Products:
- L’Oreal Lash Paradise Mascara– This is my favorite affordable mascara. I like waiting a few days after I open it because I find it thickens a bit and gives more volume. I love using the nonwaterproof most of the year. Sometimes in the Summer, I use waterproof on humid days.
- L’Oreal Infallible Never Fail Eyeliner– I wear eyeliner every day. This one I find stays all day long. It’s also very affordable.
- Anastasia Brow Wiz– For filling in your eyebrows, this is a great go-to. I love the thick spoolie that comes with it. There is also a wide range of colors.
Beauty Tool:
- Real Techniques Complexion Sponge– I love these sponges vs the expensive ones because I’m somewhat of a germ freak. I still clean my sponge often, but I also like to replace it often to make sure it’s fresh. I wouldn’t be able to do that with the more expensive ones. I also love the flat side of this sponge.
